Your information is private. However, by submitting this application you acknowledge and accept that we MAY need to share some of your personal info with your treatment case manager or other party connected to a scholarship (e.g. Aftercare Coordinator or Recovery House Owner/Operator/Manager). Ideal candidates are Delaware County residents active in their (current) inpatient treatment program, who demonstrate a willingness to work a consistent recovery program after discharge and have a financial need.
